Royal Dutch Shell has appointed venezuelan Chemical Engineer Luis Prado as the new President of Shell Venezuela. We regards it as very good move due to the outstanding work done by Prado along the years. He replaces Sean Rooney, another excellent Shell's representative that now moves to another top position in Shell's Middle East ventures.
