PW : Lies and reality
The following is an article that pop up this week in various newspapers and news agencies around the world and industry web news sites sites. Looking at detail at the university academic program or syllabus of the graduating students, we can see they lack knowledge of the natural gas structure and all its other gas issues, the program looks more like an regular processes engineer program, but with propaganda of the venezuelan government the world think that Venezuela has now many more Natural Gas Engineers, a total lie, the even said " This degree is also supported by the oil and energy companies of Zulia" but in Venezuela there is only one oil and energy company, the state oil company PDVSA. And the gas ?, is on the ground, wanting to be discover and exploited. Venezuela, does not produce at the moment but associated gas, it imports gas from Colombia to feed its big petrochemical complex in Zulia state.
Like you can see is all propaganda and Venezuela's government is an expert in converting lies in true statements.
